Rosemary (Mia Farrow) and Guy (John Cassavetes) are a young couple living in a New York apartment building who are delighted by the news that Rosemary is pregnant. But strange physical changes, bizarre cravings, and the increasingly suspicious behavior of her husband and neighbors cannot begin to prepare her for the horrific truth about her baby.
